Easter is dangerous. If Jesus truly rose from the dead, then everything he said is true—and God has acted decisively in history. The resurrection is not a comforting myth but a declaration that the powers of sin, death, and evil are being judged and overthrown. In Christ, a new creation has begun where death is no longer king—he is. And that means the darkness trembles. Oppression, hatred, war, greed, selfishness and every form of brokenness are already losing their grip, undone by the risen Lord and the people who live under his reign.
