Homestead Church is excited to launch a new monthly ministry called Messy Church—a fun, family-friendly way to experience faith, community, and creativity together.
Our first Messy Church gathering will be Sunday, October 12, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. Each month will feature a Bible theme, hands-on activity stations for all ages, a short time of worship, and a shared meal around the table. The style is relaxed and welcoming—perfect for families with kids, grandparents with grandchildren, or anyone who enjoys learning about God in a creative way.
This month’s theme is Israel at Mount Sinai: Receiving the Ten Commandments. Through crafts, games, and storytelling, we’ll explore how God gave his people the gift of guidance and how those commandments still shape our lives today.
Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to be a member of Homestead Church—or any church at all—to come. Just bring your curiosity, your kids (if you’ve got them), and a willingness to get a little messy.
Come as you are, and leave with a full heart (and maybe a little paint or glitter on your hands).
